Wow! It has been 1 YEAR since I took a leap of faith and started sharing my writings.
Since I took my jump, I have encountered some pretty amazing graces. People have shared their love and support with me. You all have continued to encourage my biggest dream, owning a blog. Throughout this year, so many readers have opened up to me with their own stories, experiences, and advice. To those who have done this, you have inspired many of my writings.
With the future in mind, I've got a few goals set...
I want to make Open Book a site with more than just my story. Let's all share some stories. With writing being a passion of mine, I would love to hear some of YOUR chapters. This past year, my writings were meant to include, inspire, and inform you all. Now, I need your help! If you have a bit of courage and want me to write about it, email me. It can be anonymous if that is more comfortable.

Aside from helping others express their chapters of life publicly, I'd also like to ask you what topics you want to read about. Open Book is a place meant for readers to feel inspired, learn about others' experiences, and be entertained with topics of their interest. In order to achieve this, I need my readers to vote on the poll below! Feel free to email me with more suggestions!
Lastly, this year, I want to create more inspiring quotes for readers to "Wear the Words." Sometimes you read something that makes you want to read it, or even say it, over and over again. Maybe, it makes you think of someone who needs to hear those words. So, wear the words.
